This policy explains what personal information Your Studio Name collects through this site, how it's used, and how you can ask us about or request removal of it.

What we collect

Account information: name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you register.
Photos and orders: the photos in galleries you're part of, any photos you favorite, and your order/purchase history.
Payment information: we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed directly by Stripe or Square on their own secure checkout pages.
Face recognition data: if you use "Find My Photos," we analyze your uploaded selfie and the event photos to find matches for you. This works by generating a mathematical representation of faces in photos (a "face embedding") -- not the photos themselves -- which is stored so future selfie searches can find your photos. This is not shared with anyone outside Your Studio Name and is never used for anything other than helping you find your own photos.
Technical data: IP address and basic device/browser information, used for security purposes (like detecting attempts to screenshot protected proofs) and to keep your shopping cart and login working.

How we use it

To run the service you're using: showing you your galleries, processing orders, sending order receipts, and (only if you opt in) text/email updates about bookings and orders. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messages

We only send text messages if you've opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the studio.

Cookies and sessions

This site uses cookies/sessions to keep you logged in and to remember your shopping cart. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it -- including face recognition data -- by contacting us at the studio directly. Some information, like paid order records, may need to be kept for accounting or legal reasons even after a deletion request.

Children's privacy

This site is used by parents/guardians and studio clients, not marketed directly to children. Event/team photography may include minors; a parent or guardian is expected to manage the account and any purchases on their behalf.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
