By creating an account or placing an order with Your Studio Name through this site, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Prices, taxes, and any card-processing fees are shown before you complete checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or Square; we never see your full card number. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified, either immediately or shortly after via the payment processor.
Your Studio Name retains copyright in all photos on this site. Purchasing a digital download or print grants you a personal-use license -- for printing, sharing, and personal display -- not a transfer of copyright. Screenshotting, downloading, or redistributing watermarked preview images without purchasing them is prohibited.
Galleries may be time-limited, password-protected, or otherwise restricted at Your Studio Name's discretion. We may suspend access for anyone violating these terms.
This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Studio Name isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
